I never said Fannie and Freddie would go through a bankruptcy. The whole discussion around bankruptcy was a disagreement in that bondholders as a class are the ones that dictate the terms of a bankruptcy proceeding not common shareholders.

My point was why even mention word bankruptcy.

It was the Bush administration and Obama Administrations that robbed FnF of their shareholder capital of $100B. If conservatorship was started for the benefit of FnF, then how is that FnF have more than $200B sps liability, 0 capital and Gov owns 80%of warrants. BTW FnF have been highly profitable for more than 10 years.

Conservators should be prosecuted for this type of mismanagement and theft.
