One thing she is not, is a diluter. If she is handing shares out to anyone, it’s employees for retention. This trades like it did 5 years ago at 480 mil. Occasionally you could pick up a dump on the bid but for the most part, you had to hit the ask to accumulate 10+ mil. I remember trying to buy a bunch sub.001 and had a difficult time. Then of course it ran .005+ on Verizon news trading like 250 mil if I recall. I think that relationship is still there and the new digs is in Plano/Frisco, Texas where it’s been for years since moving out of Dallas office. I have my guess as to what’s going on but don’t want to go all lovey on Norman just yet.
