One thing I find to be an outlier is the tiny insider buy recently

Technically it is against almost every company and exchange rule for a CEO to buy or sell after the quarter is closed but not yet reported.

It wasn’t even an amount that would raise suspicion for ethics rules and it is in line with his prior activity,

But I can only fathom that it was merely done as a signal to shareholders to ‘hang on’

If we needed one.
