Skimmed through the court dockets again today for both BRTXQ cases.

Concurrent with Chapter 11 proceedings, the act of BRTXQ requesting that liens and debts from John Desmarais be extinguished is legit. Chapter 11 laws nullify any liens on IP and physical assets.

As for the bankruptcy case, people are in favor for the revised plan, much more than the 2/3 needed to pass the plan along.
