ND9, I do NOT trust one-word Sussburg says let alone more as he is Equity's adversary.

The only thing that saves Equity is competition and sunlight!

The ONLY way for another bid to win over the (always court favored) Debtor's plan is for a SUPERIOR bid that would take the entire company including all debt, employees, and shareholders in a whole company bid.

I predict (SPG) the Simon Group will prevail and take the entire JCPNQ company and ALL 321 million outstanding shares for between $5.45 and $7.00 per share.
