To get the Share count at a respectable level so that they can Uplist and still issue shares for capital expenditures would be a 1 for 10 reverse split. Hopefully they are not at 2.5 billion OS yet but we should know once they file their semi-annual results.

So with a 1 for 10 reverse split, there would be about 200+ million shares OS. Then they could partner up with a Big Pharma and still have a nice low OS.
