Very informative well thought out post, provides some good history too. I do think it is possible to get an update regarding the Bluebell financing before the official project announcements. We'll see.

I also expect the share price to continue to climb slowly leading up to the announcements. How far it goes is the question. Will need more volume to really push it. But could reasonably get to mid .30s IMO before the real fireworks are unleashed!
