King---u want a quick settlement----but nothing regarding HDVY is quick as we long time shareholders know. I think this one will wind up being the same----a long drag out affair. After all, what has Intel got to lose by dragging everything out. They have already stated by asking for a 2 month delay of discovery.
I know many are reading into that---that Intel and HDC are using the time to negotiate a settlement. Ha Ha Ha. That ain't happening anytime soon into.
