No Offense, but that site is BS. Mostly intra-day trades covered in Milli-seconds. They make trades without the shares to cover them, and get them from another guy. Behind the scenes trading.

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
