You really read familiar. You are also very close to being completely correct. If you look at the TA report they have also sold all of the restricted shares per the PR in August and they are now part of the float. Read post 223813 again! The number of shares that these guys sold on the open market while pumping this with false PR's, false financials and false shareholder ownership statement is IMHO MAJOR SECURITIES FRAUD! They also total almost 350 million between restricted, insider and the extra ones they sold to take this over 600 million! This was without any public disclosure!

Why do you think there are trustees and all the lawyers. They never did the merger and any of the assets that should have been in the shell and any assets that were purchased with the money illegally received from stock sales have been placed in a trust until this entire mess is sorted out! At least that is what you should hope happened with all of the ill gotten gains!
