Years ago ORC paid a .14 cent monthly dividend, obviously the market has changed since then, but the fact remains, they are STILL in business and business is good to continually raise the beaten down dividend.

No brainer here, ORC's contemporaries sell for much more paying the same or less of a divy every month.
