It's time for a reminder. This is a stock in a secular decline with absolutely nothing showing signs of change. The rest is based upon Hope and nothing firm.
Investors are banking upon the possibility of approvals, trial successes, uplisting. But the market thinks otherwise and doesn't buy the "IF"'s as the chart and indicators show.
As it struggles to stay above $3.00 , how could this be anything but a dismissal of reality.
