eelfland, I'm paying good money to have this done. I hope it is not good money for bad. My gut tells me that we have a company that could have 100 million in assets in the very near future if they take on an agressive real estate portfolio. In addition compared to other pinkies with fly by night schemes or products, this one is real in regards to real estate. At least we have that, so since I have 15k invested in it and down 12k, I'm putting another 2k into a professional analysis of all of the companys assets to see if my gut is right.
