CLEARLY there is grounds to hear such an appeal based on everything that has happened here. From the insane insider bonuses to the OPCO PROPCO theft attempt, all in my opinion of course. Lets see how many more blanks Jones fills in for the debtors (when they screw up, just like McDermott debtor attorneys when Jones stepped in and defended stuart spence, cfo scumbag fraud IMO), as he does so well. "Well what you mean to ask him, is X, Y, and Z,,,right Mr Shareholder?" Sickening to hear a federal judge be an advocate and witness for 1 side of his/her case. Yet, this guy did it with McDermott, and I imagine it wasnt the first time.
