BTW Lion, I-man. As we went at it during the months leading up to the bankruptcy, and I kept saying JCP was goin Chapter 11 (and it did), there was never a real indication of true real estate value here until that CH 11 filing, and the OPCO PROPCO scam proved to me that there was hidden value, and the run-up was indeed a nefarious insider act. Its sad it took the BK to find all that out.
