I share your concern...

and myself have on occassion sent copies of certain posts directly to ASTN... the last one I sent was the one where ASTN was accussed of selling puppies for the purposes of beastiality. It was so sick and outrageous, I felt that I needed to make sure they saw that one. Their response to me was to assure me that the company was handling the matter through the court systems.

The civil case in question is proceeding and looks like it's headed for trial early next year.

I don't know for sure, but I've heard rumors that the attorney's for ASTN do continue to follow some of the boards. I hope that's true.
