Huge IP Portfolio. Delays will not matter IMO. The big boys understand that in order to compete and compete well they need what TMDI has. It's that simple. It's just a matter of the value determined at time of BO. Whether it's MDT or someone else they will not chance TMDI being BO by a competitor. Someone will step up. Watch.

I guess the important thing is that if you believe in the story, get as many shares as you can to get yourself the lowest per share cost basis so that if the BO isn't a home run you still do very well. Who knows:)
