. . . know thy enemy . . .


This end of the market has two distinct polar opposite enemies that have the same effect on the market as a whole, and each individual stock therein. These two insidious foes are draining the equity out of the market, and the Nano Cap Flight Club has made Declaration of War on each.

The first ~~> The Basher.

The true basher is one who tries to spread FUD (fear, uncertainly, and doubt) in an attempt to make others sell their position. The basher could work for himself in an attempt to purchase shares at a cheaper price, or he could work for those that already have a short position in the equity under attack. The basher will always disregard the positives of equity, and in an off balance assessment assaulting the targeted security again and again.

* NOTE: Not all negative comment or discussion is bashing. All facets of a stock good and bad should be discussed.
What makes one a basher is the dedicated hashing, and rehashing of the same information repeatedly over the course of time.


The second ~~> The Tout.

The true tout is someone that will only post positive information on a security. Their exact motive is obscure, but it will most like be derived from their own front-loading, or a payment from a third party (front-loaded), or from management itself. The tout will always disregard the negatives of equity, and in an off balance assessment will hype the select security again and again.

*Note: Not all promotion is bad. True excitement over a stock that is derived from transparency, and shareholder friendliness is the reward to the companies that strive for such. Also, we know that there are good IR groups that are hired for such purpose to highlight and promote the good in their company. The problem lies in those individuals who dedicate themselves to the touting of a security without the disclosure of their bias.

**Note: We do realize that some bipolar flippers (BF's) will oscillate between the two, depending upon the intent, but they are not hard to spot and are of little concern since their motive is quite obvious.


The basher and the tout are not welcome in this arena, and it is our mission to provide a forum of like-minded investors intent on discovering and sharing information on nano and micro cap stocks that are shareholder friendly. We are not willing to provide another avenue for the usurping our market's equity, by those of their own self-serving motives.

We believe we can conquer these enemies through education, and in the process genesis a new sense of legitimacy and respectability or the entire market.
