Hey JB. Lawsuit will do little for SHs of LAHO. LAHO literally NOTHING to compensate our losses during LAHO share ownership. LAHO's physical shares have NO value.

Discussions here only refer to previous LAHO shares ownership as a marker in determining, if current MSSV management chooses to honor, the 'who' and 'number' of MSSV shares they are willing to provide us as a "loyalty" compensation for the losses we actually did accrue in owning LAHO shares to begin with.

Too many misunderstand that this loyalty reimbursement is of the current management of MSSV's choice. No real legal requirement, IMO. Reimbursement is strictly a choice being made via some ethical reason the management has in regards to previous LAHO SH's interests.

Hate to say it but in this case, reimbursement is from their heart not their legal fears.
