I think that this technology is very close to what Meyer had prior to his death. Or maybe what HyPower has here is even more akin to cold fusion. From all reports it runs extremely efficiently.
Meyers twin brother tried to make sense of what meyer was doing after he died, but to no avail.
Tesla also had some technology similar to this that never saw the light of day before he died. His inventions got seized by the FBI and were made top secret and to this day have not been released.
