The timing is what I found confusing. Last time I saw this process the motion was approved the same hearing it was requested in. The timing for serving notice and response was established at that hearing. Waiting 1 month to say "yes" to such a simple and common process seemed weird. But with no minutes suggesting anything took place in the july 29th hearing this appears to be whats going on.
