Not true. NDAs are invalid when a crime is being committed. The reason nobody has stepped forward is because it is not worth the hassle. A disgruntled employee has no benefit in outing AG other than to clean their conscience. Said employee would likely be countered sued which means they’d have to retain counsel (expensive) and make time for protracted legal obligations like being deposed, testifying in court, yada, yada. It’s easier to claim ignorance and move on.

And the SEC doesn’t want to waste time on a little scam like AG. The SEC doesn’t give a hoot about protecting fools who throw money at this blatantly fraudulent company. Look how little they did with massive frauds like WorldCom and Enron. The SEC only stepped in when it became clear those scams could no longer continue and heavily vested institutions were in jeopardy of losing millions
