I noticed there’s no mention of the air permit in this prospectus, yet the permits around the radioactive minerals are listed as on of the most critical approvals. The air permit was just more low hanging fruit to check off and feed the base, just like the local Johnson county permit. From the document:

“Perhaps one of the most critical approvals likely to be needed by the operation will be a radioactive materials license from the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (NDHHS), Office of Radiological Health. Because of their limited experience with hardrock mining in the State of Nebraska, much less mining that includes Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM), the NDHHS may require additional information and more time to approve the Elk Creek Project under a Broad Scope License. Early and frequent engagement is a necessity with respect to this regulatory agency.

Where’s the update on the engagement with DHHS and what exactly has this company accomplished this fiscal year? The work on the air permit was done by Olsson almost entirely in 2019 and prior. So year to date they’ve extended a few land option purchases and apparently nothing else. All while management pulls in well over a million bucks a year with zero new investment.

Koolader’s march forth. Drink up its yummy.
