Elite LITERALLY tried to pay for the 100% ownership of the Adderalls with shares.

Now, Mikah owns them, but Mikah LITERALLY will ALSO not accept shares for them.

SunGen: "We won't accept shares for the Adderall products."

Mikah: "Okay, I'll buy them, and then Elite can pay me in shares or cash later through some agreement."

OOPS, Mikah is not accepting shares either. (At least not at this time so Nasrat can MILK them for all their worth first)

UNBELIEVABLE.

The man put up $3M of his own money to keep the profit sharing plan for the Adderall products away from another company. It would not have been in the best interest of Elite for a competing generic to own a piece of the largest revenue maker in the company's history.
