With 9 billion shares in the OS a buyout will be expensive. Let's say for sake of argument that that a buyout happens and they offer .0002 per share. with 9 billion shares of common stock that is 1.8 million. Is it worth 1.8 million with 40 million roughly in losses and 140 k total lifetime revenue?
This only factors the common stock. I don't think anyone will offer anything substantial to be the exclusive owner of Phizo but I could be wrong.
They would need an offer of 90 million for everyone to walk away with something in my opinion and the shareholders to make something. Not sure that is in the cards.
