Not entirely stoked how this has traded in the last couple weeks, but the potential is incredibly high. This hit .08 very quickly with the news of former COO Julie Smith resigning.

I personally am very pro-MITI, even though prior post might seem to disagree. I am just having fun with our resident poster. But I do believe this will go much higher than .30, maybe even a $1 if they can close the deal. I am holding and adding occasionally.

Prior management was horrible and diluted the stock. The former CEO took out a bunch of notes before leaving and Larry Diamond had to take care of this problem.

As far as execution, I assume things are moving along nicely. The board members are top notch! Dr. Naqvi was a director at Avicenna Capital, a healthcare investment firm, where he managed roughly $4 BILLION in funds! He also went to Harvard. His expertise in banking and healthcare will be huge for MITI.

How about Mr Iturregui?? He worked for President George W Bush and President Obama as a senior appointment international and domestic healthcare professional! I bet his recommendation letters are on point! As an attorney, I’m sure he’s providing good recommendations on the board. Lastly, he worked in Congress for three YEARS... I’m sure he has a couple connections.

As far as MyCare, they are rolling out the carpet in the 4th quarter in Minneapolis. The team at MyCare founded Minute Clinic which CVS bought out for $170m in 2006. I’m sure they know a thing or two.

Lastly, 1 June 2020, Donald Capital was appointed as the lead agent for a $15m unit preferred offering. In the PR, it states Q3 2020 the S1 registration is expected to hit. Maybe there is a delay? Not sure. But we are expecting it anytime.

Therefore, do we have a good thing going? I believe we do. A lot of behind the scenes is happening. It’s not going to be fast or a mover until they close. But when it does, expect the buying to come. This is all public information.

If you’re not prepared to hold for awhile, this is NOT your play. But I do feel the reward will be well worth it.
