If you read the pr's correctly then you would know that FCCN will accquire all issued and outstanding shares of AERO Exhaust, which means they will merge AERO's shares with FCCN shares, hence this is called a REVERSE MERGER. Where is that ban button. Ah well maybe mod will see this and do what is right.
