JR, you do realize you didn't buy an idiot's shares rather it was a MM's position driven by an algo? Listen, I like Alan but for a guy well versed in risk mitigation by finding an edge through Algol88 he pulled a rookie CEO move by tipping his hand with two words in his PR..."another month."

The MM's algos are built to pick up on these things and the MM walk it down accordingly. Why? Because they know it's going to be crickets for another month. Had Alan just said "we're working diligently" or "look forward to completing filings as soon as possible" it would have been a different story. The algos also picked up on dwindling buy side volume and it was an easy sell signal with a low volume walk down of approximately 30%.
