Nice Language. Any tax on business is a tax on the american people. Having said that, all taxes on business should be eliminated and:

1. We should eliminate the income tax and go to a consupmtion based tax like the fair tax - www.fairtax.org

2. We should have a single payer health plan run by the government. This is NOT socialized medicine.

3. Social Security should be the primary retirement system for all Americans.

These three items will eventually come, and will off load so many taxes/costs to business. It will produce an economic boom unprecedented in this country. It will also produce many high paying jobs, raise the living standard of all americans, and allow us to compete in the global economy.
