Overvalued?? Rev Vs Market Cap

Would love to get some opinions, however a company with a projected 120 million and a market cap nearing 2 billion seems really hard to justify. Outside of a potential buyout by a large distributor, just hard for me to see the real value here, although that is everywhere in the market on that end. Feedback appreciated.
