I would not doubt that. My eTrade mobile chart data is always off and I have not figured out why. Even for the big boards. I have traded a ticker and seen the HOD with my own eyes during normal trading hours and eTrade mobile charting does not log that HOD when I backchart later that week. I have seen what they are calling the "high of" in the past 1 week, 1 month, 3 month period as off by as much as 30%.
