A little help please!

Am I understanding, what I have read, that our only option is cash and not shares of Johnson and Johnson at the conversion price?

Any thoughts. That could cause a big tax bill, if so, as it would be the same as shares sold if I am reading it right. Not talking about in an IRA or retirement account. In a trust to be specific.
