I made the same request for info by voicemail on Sunday. No response yet.
I have also done a Trademark and Patent search on both the individuals and companies involved. Nothing...nada.

Is Finra suppose to protect investors? If so, they are not doing their job despite collecting $5.95 on every sell, more than the broker in my case.
I dont see this stopping at .002, or even .001 unless a public response from Jef is made. On the otther hand, he will get more bang for his buck during buyback. LOL!
