If that's what you believe in the short term, what are the ingrediants in your decision making process that make NEOM a hold or buy at this point? If you've stated them, I honestly have not seen them, and am very interested in why. NOT to disprove, attack, or for gotcha points, I genuinely want to understand why you think NEOM is worth owning at this point.

All that I can recall is that you didn't want to sell for a loss, and that you felt that way a long time ago at a much higher pps. If that is still the case, then what would make you sell?
