The uplist is a virtual lock now. Once the 10K is release, all the financial data will be up-to-date, and it's the perfect time to file an S-1, i.e., the request to uplist to the NAZ.
with the uplist virtually assured, the valuation is going to crept to its true market value, which I think is $150M.
They'll be pullbacks and retraces along the way but they'll be shorter and shallower than typical because, again, the uplist is assured.
