There are specific issues, caused by the Pandemic, that are holding the company back. They can do little about it, other than keep plugging along the best they can for now. Unfortunately, it has dragged out long enough to cause a deterioration of their financials, which will cause future dilution to meet their operational needs.

What has happened is pretty simple to understand. The company is not a scam, it is a victim of the times we are living in.
