I don't think normal chart analysis works with this stock. CDEL is keeping this stock from taking off. We should have easily broke .03 yesterday. I think they are keeping this from taking off too fast. This will be a steady gain, don't let the flippers scare you. Wait for the earnings report, wait for word on their new contracts, wait until November at least. Schools will know by then if in classroom is going to work.
