Important to note in the latest news from CGRW, C1B gained "TIER 2" approval from Colorado MED which doubles the amount of plants they're allowed to grow from 1800 to 3600 plants.

- look for these guys in the near future to own the property outright imo. Possible 2nd dispensary with double their current capacity?

- according to Janovec's plan as outlined in the youtube video with City Council, should get update soon on extraction facility too. A lot of catalysts in the near term :)
