You don't need a PR to address any R/S. The company can tweet it all day long, no official PR or filings need to take place to just announce a R/S. For them to to NOT say no to a R/S yesterday and to watch for the PR today to address it, well...in my opinion (and I hope I am wrong) this doesn't look good. Maybe they maxed out the SS. Either way, they could have said NO yesterday, not make shareholders wait. Again, I hope I am wrong, I am not bashing or hating, but that was a terrible move to not address a R/S immediately! I will be dumping a major position at open, but can always buy back in when it bottoms out, or not buy back in if they confirm R/S on what was already an amazing SS.
