All very true.... but which in lies the conflict of interest...

Nasrat could elect to hold the 50% control of Adderall from Elite while collecting profits for an undisclosed period of time..while the drug appreciates in value...

He could shop Elite for a buy out and market Micah’s Adderall as a bolt on to the deal....filling his pockets more.

The only ethical thing to do is ... Have Elite buy the 50% of Adderall from Micah for what he paid for it... ELTP has the funding NOW...

Micah needs to go away.... again
