I hope you are enjoying your job tremendously. How do you enjoy producing as a job? Do you have any background in production before NS?

Hi CWebJohn,

NS is in pre-production and most of what I have done is similar to what I was already doing; promoting MMA, interacting with organizations/promoters/owners as well as the athletes representing this great sport and I have always enjoyed it.

My background is not in the movie industry, it’s in the MMA industry which is why James recruited me for this project and I was happy to help. It’s important that the sport is portrayed accurately if the masses are to interpret it as it truly is. James and I were on the same page with that goal and his commitment to me and the integrity of the film if I helped him take it to the silver screen is ultimately what won me over.

My desire has never been to be a movie maker, but I am a storyteller and Never Submit is a project to me. I am friends with the owners of the International Fight League as well as Dana White and they all have the utmost respect for me and trust my judgment completely. If the benefits of those established relationships are able to impact this project in a positive manner, we will without a doubt make history with this film while creating a multi-million dollar blockbuster that will set the bar high for other movie makers trying to figure out how to do the same thing.

Hello to you as well Ms. Ortiz. As far as Im concerned, and I would suspect as with any and all present and past IPRE & IPEI investors, the confusion lies entirely with Ken Eade and James Hergott and their lack of ability to run this company with any degree of leadership.

As we, as investors in the pinksheets know, any CEO or President that is running......lets say a less than honorable company or project.....will bring whoever they need on board and onto the payroll and lie to them just as they do to the shareholders to achieve what they have mapped out in their less than honorably......venture we will say.

Our problem, in my opinion, at this point in time isnt what may or may not happen in the future as much as what hasnt happened in the past and present. The majority of people invested in this company have lost thousands of dollars on unfulfilled promises and nothing produced other than press releases sense the failure of the film "All that I Need." O yes we have been told sense the May 2006 Cannes film Festival what a blockbuster film "Say it in Russian" is but it cant seem to find its way to be shown to the potential buyers at the many film festivals sense that time period.

--- I am unfamiliar and, with all due respect, not concerned with any past issues regarding Imperia Entertainment because I do not follow trading and find the game to be very confusing. My commitment is exclusively with/to the Never Submit project and if that association somehow yields positive results for Imperia stockholders, as investors they will benefit. That is the extent of my interest.

Anyway, Ms Ortiz I sincerely hope your experience with Imperia Entertainment turns out to be much more enjoyable than mine and many many others. Have a great day and a Merry Christmas!
