Things simply had gotten delayed back in July 2020 to be scheduled to close in August 2020. For me, it seems like yesterday although it appears to have seemed to be an eternity for some.

My sentiments have never wavered at all with what GRST as I am expecting to see the 10-Q in the near future and then the healthcare acquisition and then the COVID-19 company acquisition and then possibly another healthcare acquisition to all come into GRST. I'm guessing that the time is finally near.
