Seems like the landowners lawyer broke some rules....

like not giving pbls a heads up on restraining order of sept 26th...which was ruled mute by the way...

Laurent sent a letter on the same day as he went to court to get a restraining order.... That letter is an exhibit in this new lawsuit....

They "the landowners" went as far as telling pbls customers that they were out of business...

They also sent many letters threatening pbls with eviction... where in fact that judgement was not final as we have learned already....

Case law is on PBLS side on this one as it seems in LA you have to notify before you file a restraining order.....
