If anyone can help shed some light on this...it would be GREATLY appreciated...company here for the holidays and I'm spending way to much time on the computer as it is.

I did some digging on AERO (the company looking to RM with FCCN)

AERO and TTR HP are apparently the same company...or is AERO's old operating name (the business addresses are one and the same).

AERO/TTR attempted to go public in 2001 by what looks like means of an RM with ECCM (eCom Corporation). ECCM then changed it's name to Columbia Bakeries Inc. (CBBS). CBBS apparently filed for bankruptcy in February of 2005 and is now trading under the TICKER: CBBSQ at a current market price of .0002.

Did AERO in fact merge with CBBS/ECCM? And they are now looking for a new shell since CBBS is bankrupt?

Like I said...I don't have time to do any further digging as my family is here. If anyone would like to continue my DD...please let me know what you find. I will be investigating further as well...

TIA
