Of course - if there's anything to report, I'll certainly find it and post it. I'm watching for the merger filing at OTC Markets or a change in officers filed with NVSOS. Lazar's been on a tear with these tickers, with SOL* taking just 10 days from termination of custodianship to closing. If that happened here, we'd be looking at Monday, but it of course could be sooner or later. I think some folks are thinking they have at least that long to decide whether to get in, but one never knows when a filing could hit, because Lazar never telegraphs filings. They just appear when they're submitted and processed. He's had the whole pandemic to find a suitor for QUTR, and why wouldn't he with 777M Lazar-owned common shares? And if Lazar or the Feazells get bored with the pps, they or their buddies could slap it up on low volume and add $10M or $20M in value to their shares in minutes. Why would they ever let this languish when it's so easy to run the price up?

Timeline-wise, looking at comparable tickers, it took not quite 9 months for him to go from custodianship to new officers with TRD*, which started its major run from mid-low 00s to 2 cents. It's been 9 months almost to the day with QUTR since Lazar got custodianship. And he worked on QUTR and SOL* more or less in tandem since acquiring custodianship of both the same day in November '19. Sometimes QUTR has been ahead in the process, and then more recently SOL* got ahead in the process.

I have nothing but confidence here and won't sell a share when the big news is likely right around the corner. It could be today, next week, or later--doesn't matter.
