Up 7.3% or 4.13!!! Massive stock offering at 3.25 but it's back over 4? Wow! Recently, majority of Covid-19 stocks has been down, especially tiny stocks. This is not the ONCS I know for last several years. If this happened before, it may trading below 3 by now..... What have happened? No sellers! All weak hands must left the building and/or something is happening.
