A company needs 3 years of a combination of revenues, assets, no negative cash flow, etc. So 99.9% of penny stocks cannot be eligible for nasdaq for at least 3 years. BYOC is no exception. If they are a huge success this year, they probably have 4-5 years realistically for a small chance of uplisting to nasdaq.
