Would it surprise any of you if by chance State of Wyoming officials and Government officials that both visited 2 coal mines in Wyoming last week ( that produce exclusively high moisture, low BTU coal, that currently is not sellable ) would have also visited a site where a technology is getting ready to make that coal not only usable but in demand. Do you think they would be interested and that State officials might want the DOE officials to see the progress ? Do you think that maybe with the cold war potentially heating up with China, that they might want to inquire about how the recapture of strategic elements might be possible ?

We might be surprised in the developments between now and the election.
