Pre-revenue means no revenue. With regards to this .. I am not seeing that kind of cash in there balance sheet. .. that is what a raise is for ,,combined with stock.....and why there is an earn out. The acquisition must be in said space....and just as important...the team acquired must be the team for Novint and acquisition.

So apply the Berkus method and come up with a pre-money valuation on some possible candidates.
