A lot of people are married to RXMD (and Mars). This is where fear and greed kill most. Emotions. I’ve seen so many M&A happen. Most departing CEO’s say nothing. Most also execute an NDA. All the people in here are going to lose their investment if they stay married to RXMD and her. Just my painful lessons I’ve learned along the way. This is all normal stuff in a merger. Relax. Patience. Go neutral. Ego is not your friend.
